What is the RPW and how does it work?
Radial Pressure Wave therapy, also known as shockwave therapy, are acoustic waves that generate oscillations in the tissue. Radial pressure wave therapy helps reduce muscle pain and activate connective tissue, temporarily aid in the increase in blood flow, and help in the treatment of tendinitis in hips and shoulders, plantar fasciitis and helps to improve pain in various musculoskeletal conditions.
What is the SFMA?
The SFMA is an acronym which stands for the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. This movement based diagnostic system provides a repeatable and comprehensive systematic approach to diagnosing a movement dysfunction that may be the cause of one’s pain.
